Pipi & Bibi's, known in Japan as Whoopee!! (フーピー!!), is an adult arcade action game released by Toaplan in 1992. It was licensed to Romstar for US distribution. In 2023 a remastered port entitled Spy Bros.: Pipi & Bibi's DX was released for the Nintendo Switch and PC.
Gameplay[]
This game is a fixed screen type action game which employs a control system in which the player moves his or her player left or right by operating the lever and attacks with button 1. The game consists of 24 stages of 6 x 4 screens, in which the player must use elevators and stairs to place bombs at designated locations and escape before the bombs explode. Some of the stages have a trampoline, and upon bouncing on the trampoline the player can fly high until colliding with the trampoline. The player can move left or right during the flight, at which point the fall begins.
When the first bomb is placed, H coins appear for a short time. 1 coin is earned for each picture of a girl that appears at the end of each level, and by collecting all 4 coins the player can see nude pictures.

- On the official website of Hiroyuki Maeda, an editor of a PC game magazine, "Secret Base of the Dennou World," writer Inanami stated that the operability of this game is similar to "Elevator Action," but the difficulty level is quite high even at the lowest difficulty level. Inanami also mentioned that, regarding the nude images displayed as a reward, he was surprised to see a mosaic on the first side, but on another side, he got used to the picture and only blew up when he saw the mosaic.
