Romu Schneider is the main character of Sky Shark and one of the main characters of Batsugun.

Story[]

Codenamed Skull Red, Romu joined the Cub Scouts as a boy, and worked his way up to Explorer. A fully-trained archaeologist and Navy SEAL commando, as well as a fighter weapons-specialist, he flew for 3 decades under the callsign "Shark"...until his doubts regarding the Gladebaran government and its policies got him handpicked for a suicide mission. Schneider was shot down over an uncharted island, which he named Koshiso. The island, it turned out, was a secret entrance to Neo-Atlantis: the Skull Hornet Corps headquarters. In order to prove he was set up and not a spy for the Gladebaran Dynasty, the SHC invited Romu to join their cause. He accepted immediately.
