T-B1 is the second boss of Twin Cobra.

The TB-1 appears as a large blue tank. It moves both horizontally and vertically, being equipped with four guns from which it regularly shots bullet spreads, either covering the screen or directly aimed at the player. In Stage 8 two of them, a green and a brown one, are fought at once.
